The women's union organizations and members across the country have raised many silkworms since the building of a new country, produced lots of cocoons and contributed to improving the people's living standard and building a rich and powerful country.

They created thousands of hectares of mulberry fields and increased the cocoon production by widely introducing scientific and technological achievements. In this course many units became model primary organizations and model primary committees.

The meeting discussed tasks and ways facing the women's union organizations in contributing to improving the people's living standard through a more dynamic silkworm-raising campaign.

Present there were officials of the women's union, officials concerned and women's union members who set an example in raising silkworms.
