Exhibition on Education of Gifted Students and Public Presentation Held

Pyongyang, April 30 (KCNA) -- An exhibition of successes made in the education of gifted students and public presentation of its experience took place between April 28 and 30 on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il's field guidance to Pyongyang Secondary School No. 1.

Exhibited there were more than 900 achievements made in education conducive to improving the contents of education of gifted students and its method. Experience gained by exemplary teachers was presented.

Highly appreciated were successes and experience gained in the education by Pyongyang Secondary School No. 1, Changdok School, Kim Jong Suk Secondary School No. 1, Moranbong Secondary School No.1, East Pyongyang Secondary School No. 1, Sinuiju Secondary School No. 1, Sariwon Secondary School No. 1, Hamhung Secondary School No. 1, Chongjin Secondary School No. 1 and Wonsan Secondary School No. 1 and experimental apparatuses and teaching materials presented by the schools.

Exhibits including 3-D geometry model, device for measuring speed of chemical reaction, physical optical instrument and simulation program for chemical experiment and reaction calculation were appreciated by the participants.
