A reporter and speakers at the meeting stressed the need to finish rice-transplanting qualitatively at the right season, bearing in mind that rice-transplanting is an important farming process deciding the success in the year's farming.

They underlined the need for farms in the district to raise a hot wind for emulation by effectively conducting the socialist emulation for increased production among cooperative farms, workteams, sub-workteams and work groups.
