It was watched by Kim Ki Nam, Yang Hyong Sop, O Su Yong, Hyon Sang Ju, chairman of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea, Ri Myong Gil, chairman of the Central Committee of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea, Ryom Chol Song, general of the Korean People's Army, and working people in Pyongyang.

The performance began with orchestral music and series of song "Song Dedicated to the Sun".

The performers sang high praises of the undying feats Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il performed by putting forward the working popular masses as masters of their own destinies for the first time in history and building a socialist power of Juche on this land through their inexhaustible creative ingenuity and strength.

The audience was greatly excited to listen to male chorus "May, Month of Victory," which represented the patriotic devotion of the working people of the DPRK who made the history of the victory of socialism and recorded a heroic epic of building a thriving nation, always sharing destiny with the party, and other songs.

The performers presented Male solo and chorus "Blessed My Life", female folk solo and male chorus "Song of Big Fish Haul ", male chorus "Rosy Is Our Future" and other numbers impressively reflecting the pride and honor of the Korean people enjoying all well-beings and a bright future of a thriving nation.

Also put on the stage were male choruses "No One Can Match Marshal", "Song of the Korean People's Army", "Peace Is Guaranteed by Our Arms" and other numbers representing the indomitable faith and militant resolution of the revolutionary army to accomplish the Juche revolutionary cause started in Mt. Paektu under the leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un.

The performance ended with the male chorus "The Revolutionary Armed Forces Uphold Leadership of Marshal Only". It reflected the ardent revolutionary enthusiasm of all the service personnel and people to firmly advance along the road of independence, Songun and socialism indicated by the Generalissimos.

The performance was highly acclaimed by the audience.
