The president in the message extended sincere congratulations to Kim Jong Un on behalf of the people and government of Algeria and on his own behalf on Kim Jong Un's reelection as first chairman of the NDC of the DPRK. The message wished him great success in his noble work.

Availing himself of the opportunity, the president reaffirmed that he will make efforts together with Kim Jong Un to strengthen the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries in conformity with the interests of the two peoples.
