The union encouraged all Korean women in Japan to invariably take the patriotic road, bearing deep in mind the honor of being blessed with the illustrious leaders generation after generation.

It is paying primary attention to the work for deeply grasping the greatness of supreme leader Kim Jong Un.

It has conducted peculiar movements in various areas including the "movement for boasting our flower-like branch" and "movement for building our own village" by directing efforts to the work to strengthen chapters and branches. It has made successes in inviting Korean women in Japan including youngsters to actively join the union.

It has organized the work to preserve the national education and the national identity of the Korean community in a diverse and unique manner and aroused broad strata of Korean women in Japan to turn out in actions against the Japanese authorities' discrimination against the Korean schools.

It helped Korean women join various groups and attend meetings and sponsored diverse cultural and sports events one after another, making Korean community always alive with activities.

The union also conducted dynamic activities for national reunification and DPRK-Japan friendship.
