The message said that the camp is associated with warm loving care of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il who regarded the love for the rising generation and future as the greatest important affair of the party and the state and it is also a children's palace without an equal in the world which has been built thanks to the warm loving care of the WPK which has spared nothing for the younger generation, the successors to the revolution.

The message went on:

The soldier-builders constructed all buildings of the camp into fashionable structures. They meet the needs of a highly civilized socialist nation in their style and contents. They ensure the principle of convenience and architectural beauty first as required by the Juche-based idea of architectural beauty and are associated with the WPK's outlook on the future.

It is the great pride of the WPK and the Korean people to have KPA Unit 267, the guard unit and a model in combat capability and work style, which takes the lead in upholding the idea and the leadership of the WPK and devotes itself to the country and its people and the rising generation.

The message expressed belief that all the service personnel of KPA Unit 267 would remain unfailingly loyal to the orders and instructions of the WPK Central Committee in the van of the whole army and continue giving full play to the might of the guard unit and hero unit which knows nothing impossible in major worksites for building a thriving socialist nation.
