The decision of the congress said:

The Workers' Party of Bangladesh paid highest respects to the great leaders Comrade Kim Il Sung and Comrade Kim Jong Il who founded the Juche idea, the great guiding idea in the era of independence, turned the DPRK into a political, ideological and military power through their outstanding Songun leadership and made immortal contributions to the socialist cause and the human cause of independence.

We will hold memorial services in humblest reverence with sincerity on the occasions of the 20th anniversary of demise of Kim Il Sung and the 3rd anniversary of demise of Kim Jong Il.

The Workers' Party of Bangladesh highly appreciates the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, the supreme leader of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) and the DPRK, for successfully carrying forward and accomplishing the idea and cause of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

It congratulates the Korean people, who are rallied around Kim Jong Un in one mind, on their great successes in the work for developing the economy and improving the people's standard of living despite all obstructive moves of the hostile forces, filled with confidence in the final victory.

It extends full support and solidarity to the struggle of the WPK and the Korean people for building a thriving socialist nation, achieving the independent reunification of the country and defending peace and security on the Korean peninsula and in the region.
