The author denounced Obama for disclosing once again the U.S. strategy for the permanent U.S. forces' presence in south Korea during his recent Asian junket.

He went on:

What is more serious is that the south Korean authorities are zealously toeing the U.S. strategy towards the DPRK, pushing the situation on the Korean peninsula to a crisis.

The Supreme Council of the Socialist Party of Romania bitterly condemns the U.S. and the south Korean authorities' moves for tightening their military nexus.

We fully support the statements of spokesmen for the National Defence Commission and the Foreign Ministry of the DPRK once again urging the U.S. to cogitate about its behavior.

We are convinced that the heroic Korean people will register greater successes in the struggle for preserving the dignity of the nation and the security of the country, achieving the reunification of the country and building an economic power, rallied closer behind their leader to foil the desperate moves of the imperialists.

Only victory is in store for the Workers' Party of Korea and the Korean people led by First Secretary Kim Jong Un.
