Park Geun Hye is trying to calm down the public criticism of her and pass the buck for the accident to others, it noted.

It accused her of putting forward "reform" logic, claiming that the accident is ascribable to the wrong practices which have long been connived at.

Such behavior of the present regime is lashing the people into fury with distrust, it said, calling upon all progressive and democratic forces to judge the Park regime in the forthcoming June 4 local election.
