Most respected Your Excellency,

I am pleased to extend warm congratulations to Your Excellency upon your reelection as first chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission on behalf of the Senate, Parliament, government and people of the Kingdom of Cambodia and on my own behalf.

I sincerely estimate that the DPRK is achieving great successes in all fields for the country's development and prosperity and playing an important role in the region and other parts of the world under the outstanding leadership of Your Excellency.
