Present at the talks from the WPK side were Kang Sok Ju, member of the Political Bureau and secretary of the C.C., the WPK, Pak Kun Gwang, vice department director of the C.C., the WPK, and other officials of the WPK Central Committee, and from the opposite side were members of the Namibian party delegation headed by Secretary General Nangolo Mbumba.

At the talks both sides informed each other of their party activities and exchanged views on the issue of further developing the friendly relations between the two parties and other issues of mutual concern.
