He said that the DPRK defeated the formidable enemies and did not yield the worldwide pressure but built such society as disallowing the poison harmful to its organic body. Pyongyang has been built very harmoniously as a city in a park, he said, giving his impressions of his visit to various places. The society of the DPRK is based on the Juche philosophy, he noted, referring the essential contents of the Juche idea and the fact that the Korean people are holding Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il in high esteem as the eternal sun. He went on: One main part of the Juche idea is the idea of self-defence and this serves as the principle of the DPRK's victory. One more keenly feels the principle of this victory when one visits Panmunjom. The Armistice Agreement was concluded in the Korean war which started with the attack of south Korea instigated by the U.S. This is the strategic victory and victory of military policies of the DPRK. The principle of victory consists of a main content in the DPRK's policies. Recollecting the time when he visited the DPRK and met the President in the 1980s, the author expressed his ardent wishes to meet supreme leader Kim Jong Un. |
