The Namibian president in his message congratulated Kim Jong Un on his reelection as first chairman of the NDC of the DPRK on behalf of the government and people of Namibia and on his own behalf.

The message said that Kim Jong Un's reelection as first chairman of NDC of the DPRK is an expression of the trust in him by the DPRK government wanting him to continue working for its people.

It wished Kim Jong Un good health and hoped that he would dynamically lead the DPRK people to greater economic prosperity and social progress.
