What Kim uttered is nothing but hysteria kicked off only by those steeped in inveterate hostility toward the DPRK and the idea of confrontation with it to the marrow of their bones and hell-bent on provocations to the DPRK, the commentary notes, and goes on:

Very serious are the consequences to be entailed by the reckless behavior of the puppet group. It can neither be retracted nor be put under control.
