The declaration said:

But the "government" is still seeking the de-nationalization under the pretext of "competition".

The "government" which allows the de-nationalization aimed at moneymaking to decide the future and safety of the people can no longer be called as such.

If it is left unchecked, the disaster in the sea may lead to more horrible accidents in the railway field, hospitals and schools anytime.

The declaration warned that the people would judge the "government" which does not stop the de-nationalization despite the lesson taught by the ferry Sewol sinking disaster.

They would further escalate the struggle against the de-nationalization through one million signature-campaign, etc., it stressed.
