British Organization Condemns U.S. and S. Korean Puppet Forces' Re-extension of OPECON

Pyongyang, May 16 (KCNA) -- The British Friendship Society with Korea released a statement on May 5 denouncing the U.S. and south Korean puppet forces' re-extension of the transfer of wartime operation control (OPECON).

The statement said:

The U.S. has the OPECON over the south Korean puppet army at present.

The OPECON was expected to be transferred to south Korea in 2012 but has been extended till now.

It is only south Korea where the OPECON is in the hands of other country.

As a matter of fact, the south Korean authorities are the most wretched puppet forces and south Korea is a complete colony of the U.S. imperialists.

We demand the U.S. withdraw its forces from south Korea at once.
