Pyongyang, May 18 (KCNA) -- Students of Hanshin University and a theological seminary Thursday held a haircutting ceremony in the Central District, Seoul at which they demanded the Park Geun Hye group accept the demand of the families of those missing due to the ferry Sewol sinking disaster, according to the south Korean internet newspaper Voice of People. At the ceremony students charged that the ferry Sewol sinking disaster occurred as the "government" did not rescue it. They said that they would launch a hunger strike with the beginning of haircutting with the families of those missing. They noted that they would fight it out until their three-point demand "unconditionally accept the demand of the bereaved families", "present cabinet must resign" and "the president should take responsibility for the disaster" is met. Then a proposal to all theological students was read out. |
