Speakers charged that everything done by the "government" ranging from the maritime police to the Ministry of Security Administration and the "president" as regards the ferry sinking accident ended in failure.

They condemned the Chonghaejin Marine Transportation Company which owned the ferry for seeking only to fill its own purse.

The accident was caused by greed for money and injustice, they said, demanding the authorities probe the truth about the accident and take measures to prevent recurrence.
