The leading officials of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party who died in the accident made great contributions to developing not only the Lao party and revolution but the friendly relations between the two parties and peoples of the DPRK and Laos and their death is a great loss to the Lao party and people and to the WPK and the Korean people as well, the message noted.
