The prime minister said he admired the Korean people who are successfully accomplishing the cause of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il, rallied around Marshal Kim Jong Un in one mind.

He went on:

Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il performed undying exploits for independence and the building of new society in Chad and other African countries.

I wish the Korean people greater achievements in the struggle to build a thriving nation and reunify the country under the wise guidance of Marshal Kim Jong Un.

The prime minister reaffirmed full support and solidarity with the just cause of the Korean people, adding it is the firm stand of Chad to boost cooperation with the DPRK in various fields.
