Pyongyang, May 21 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League headed by Jong Yong Won, vice-chairman of its Central Committee, left here on Wednesday to take part in the meeting of the General Council of the World Federation of Democratic Youth to be held in Hanoi, Vietnam.
