Chongryon has developed into a militant body steadfast in ideology and strong in the sense of unity in the course of the struggle for thoroughly implementing the lines and policies set fort in the letter and the national rights of the compatriots have grown stronger since then.

Chongryon has firmly defended itself despite the vicious anti-DPRK and anti-Chongryon moves of the enemies in Japan and abroad and strenuously conducted the patriotic movement for the homeland and nation. This was possible because the officials of Chongryon and Koreans in Japan have worked hard with indomitable spirit and patriotic desire in hearty response to the historic letter.

The historic letter is shedding its rays as an eternal patriotic banner in the on-going sacred struggle for ushering in a new heyday in the above-said movement.

Unshakable is the faith of the officials of Chongryon and Koreans in Japan advancing towards the final victory, taking the historic letter as an undying banner for the patriotic cause.
