The south Korean authorities intend to hush up their responsibility for the ferry Sewol tragedy by cooking up the "north wind" racket and, at the same time, evade the stern judgment of the people in the local election by inciting antagonism towards fellow countrymen and justifying fascist suppression of progressive forces, the article notes, and goes on:

The anti-DPRK confrontation racket intensified with the approach of the local election is a suicidal act just as pricking one's own eyes.

The "north wind" racket kicked off by the puppet group is peppered with lies, fabrication, vicious provocation against the DPRK and fascist plots to stamp out the progressive forces in south Korea.

It is needless to say that through the "north wind" racket the Park Geun Hye group tries to calm down the towering public resentment and weaken the anti-"government" struggle of people from all walks of life and distract the public to get rid of the worst ruling crisis.

Such moves were prompted by the intention to gather the conservative forces in a bid to make the local election a place for showdown between the progressives and conservatives and mercilessly crack down on all those forces against the unpopular rule as "those following the north".

It is a miscalculation that the Park Geun Hye group tries to find a way out in confrontation with the DPRK. This will precipitate its ruin.
