Hessou Kohovi, chairman of the Benin-Korea Amicable Association "Long Live Kim Jong Il, Supreme Leader" and chairman of the Benin National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, said:

The august name of Kim Il Sung means the sun.

He lightened the way for mankind and provided a flower garden of love with ardent passion and all people were attracted by his great magnanimity.

He founded the great Juche idea to indicate the way to be followed by mankind.

The Juche idea that the popular masses are the master of the revolution and construction and they promote the revolution and construction is the idea which scientifically clarified the way for accomplishing the cause of the popular masses for independence for the first time in the history of human thought.

The founding of the Juche idea made it possible to open the era of independence where the working masses, once subject to exploitation and oppression, driven out of history in the past, emerge as the master of history.

Pascal Zouncheme, chief of the Benin Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and rector of Cotonou Institute of Journalism of Benin, said:

Kim Il Sung took good care of people with his warm humanity.

He devoted his all to the people, regarding it as his motto to believe in the people as in Heaven.

He will always be alive in the hearts of mankind as the eternal sun.
