The International Alliance of Societies for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Policy in East European and Central Asian Regions issued an information bulletin as regards the formation of the committee.

The information bulletin said:

The followers of the Juche idea lost the great leader, who was their father and comrade, as a result of his demise, adding he was illustrious partisan commander and an outstanding revolutionary.

The Juche idea followers in East European and Central Asian Regions recognize that it is very important for them to deeply study Kim Il Sung's idea and exploits and widely disseminate them on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of his demise.

The international alliance decides to map out a unified plan for studying the ideological heritage, heroic epic life and immortal exploits of the President and disseminating them worldwide.

The information bulletin said members of the committee were elected and they include the general secretary of the International Alliance of Societies for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Policy in East European and Central Asian Regions, the chairman of the Russian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea, the chairman of the February 16 Youth Society for the Study of Juche Idea and Songun Politics of Belarus, the chairman of the Kazakh Kim Jong Il Association for the Study and Dissemination of the Juche Idea, the chairman of the Moldovan Songun Youth Union for the Study of the Juche Idea and the chairman of the All-Russian Society for the Study and Dissemination of Kimilsungism.
