Minju Joson Lays Bare Gravity of U.S. "Weather Weapon Plan"

Pyongyang, June 10 (KCNA) -- Shortly ago, Ria-Novosti of Russia reported that the U.S. air force at a recent hearing of the Senate informed that it would stop the plan for high-frequency active aurora research. It is the research plan started by the U.S. in top secrecy from 1990 by allocating 290 million U.S. dollars to its air force, navy, Alaska University, etc. for the purpose of modifying climate change.

What matters is that the plan was basic factors of the Philippine landslide in 2006, the flood damage in Pakistan in 2010, the great earthquake damage in East Japan in 2011 and all-time heat damage in Moscow in 2010 all of which brought so huge disasters to mankind.
