Present there were officials of the Shenyang City People's Government, personages of the Iris Palasii Cultivation Center in Shenyang and other personages and masses.

Present there on invitation were a delegation of the Korea Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Committee, DPRK consul general and staff members of the consulate general in Shenyang and others.

The manager of the cultivation center said that Kim Jong Il started work at the C.C., the WPK, firmly preserving leadership exploits President Kim Il Sung performed in the party-building and successfully carrying forward them. He noted that Kimjongilia will always be in full bloom in the minds of the peoples of China and Korea along with his exploits in party-building.
