Park's personal affairs with no understanding remain unchanged, the commentary said, and went on:

Mun Chang Guk, former chief editor of Choongang Ilbo, said in many articles that the north was a "group of evils and terrorists" and the unification policy of the south should be changed into the direction of inducing the "internal collapse of the north" and the authorities coped with the Cheonan warship sinking case and Yonphyong Island shelling case in a cowardly manner.

He labeled the "sunshine policy" "a drain on resources helping strengthen the social system of the north". Taking issue with the "north over its nuclear issue", he blustered that the south was compelled to balance itself by introducing tactical nuclear weapons of the U.S. or in its own way.

In a word, Mun is an anachronistic and conservative confrontational element. If such a guy is allowed to hold the post of "prime minister", there is no need to think more how the efforts for peace, national reunification and people's life will be.

Park's nomination is entirely a blatant challenge to the people calling for peace, south-north reconciliation and right to existence.

The personnel affair ignoring the people and with no understanding conducted by the present regime should be withdrawn at once as it means that it would not care the discontent of the people with the hostile policy toward the fellow countrymen in the north, moves to eliminate the "forces following the north", "government" bodies' illegal interference in the election and the ferry Sewol disaster.
