The groups were respectively led by Hwang Song Hak, principal of Kobe Korean High School, Jo Myong Ho, principal of Kyoto Korean Secondary and High School, Jang Mal Ryo and Kim Thae Ho.

The members of the groups laid bunches of flowers before the statues of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il who made contributions to the development of the democratic national education of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan before paying tribute to them.
