The U.S. and the south Korean authorities' MD moves are a dangerous military provocation to mount a preemptive nuclear attack on the DPRK and a hideous criminal act to unleash a nuclear war on the Korean Peninsula and in the rest of Northeast Asia, the spokesman said, and went on:

Washington and Seoul are now blustering that the deployment of THAAD in south Korea is aimed to cope with a "nuclear threat" from the north.

The U.S. has posed nuclear threats to the DPRK to stifle it and this compelled the latter to have access to a nuclear deterrence for self-defence. This is a fact well known by the world.

However, they call the DPRK's nuclear deterrence for self-defence a "threat" and go desperate in their moves to build MD. This is just like a guilty party filing the suit first.

All facts prove that "nuclear and missile threats from the north" oft-touted by the U.S. and the puppet forces are aimed to build U.S. MD in south Korea by shipping THAAD and the like into it and thus finally round off the preparations for a nuclear war.

The deployment of THAAD will definitely turn south Korea into a nuclear outpost of the U.S., stoking military tension and the danger of a nuclear war in the region.

The puppet group should clearly understand that the deployment of THAAD will be a suicidal act of bringing a nuclear disaster to south Korea.

We will never remain an on-looker to the U.S. and the puppet forces' moves to deploy THAAD and build MD but resolutely counter them by bolstering the nuclear deterrence in every way to defend the security of the nation and the regional peace.

The statement expressed the expectation and belief that the world people, organizations and international organizations valuing justice and peace will become more assertive in their voices of denouncing the U.S. and the puppet forces' MD moves.
