Present there were the Mozambican ambassador to the DPRK, officials concerned and the DPRK ambassador to Mozambique.

The secretary general noted that the stand of the Mozambique Liberation Front Party and the Mozambican people positively supporting the Korean people in their efforts for the peaceful reunification of the country remains unchanged, saying that the friendly relations between the two countries have a long history.

He affirmed that he would make positive efforts to steadily strengthen the tradition of solidarity, cooperation and friendship between the two countries true to the intention of Samora Moises Machel, former president of Mozambique, and the great Generalissimo Kim Il Sung.
