June 19 this year marks the 50th anniversary of Kim Jong Il's start of work at the C.C., WPK.

He developed the WPK into the vanguard unit and the staff of revolution leading to victory the Korean people's efforts to defend the sovereignty of the country and build socialism while guiding the WPK for nearly half a century.

He made sure that all the party members, service personnel and people firmly defended Korean socialism and thus instilled the conviction of victory into the world progressives.

That is why not only the Korean people but also all other progressives of the world pay noblest respect to him on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of his start of work at the C.C., WPK.

We believe that the Korean people would foil the anti-DPRK moves of the U.S. imperialists and their followers and certainly win victory in the building of a thriving socialist nation under the tested leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
