The Cabinet reshuffle made by the south Korean authorities is ascribable to the arrogant scheme of Park Geun Hye to let Mun Chang Guk hold the post of "prime minister", the editorial charged.

According to an opinion poll the majority of the respondents demanded Mun give up the candidacy and such assertion is also heard from the "Saenuri Party", it noted.

It urged Park withdraw the nomination of the candidate for "prime minister" before it is too late.

The Association of Buddhist Priests for Realizing Buddhism held a press conference in Seoul that day and demanded Park withdraw the nomination.
