The performance began with song and dance "Let's Sing of June 19".

Put on the stage were colorful numbers including oungum and solo "General Represents the Whole World", dance story-telling "The General Goes to the Front While Children to Camp" and folk singing in unison "Grateful Embrace of Party".

The performers praised Kim Jong Il for developing the WPK into the guiding force for carrying out the revolutionary cause of Songun and the true mother party taking care of the destiny and future of the people and the rising generation.

Poetry solo "I Have Real Father" and national instrumental ensemble music for kayagum "My Best Country" vividly reflected the schoolchildren growing stoutly with nothing more to desire under the care of supreme leader Kim Jong Un.

Among the audience were Ri Il Hwan, department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Jon Yong Nam, chairman of the Central Committee of the youth league, officials concerned of the youth league and school youth and children in Pyongyang.
