Jon Yong Nam, chairman of the C.C., the youth league, made a report at the meeting of youth and students held at the plaza of the Monument to Party Founding. Then followed by speeches.

The reporter and speakers said Kim Jong Il formulated the revolutionary idea of President Kim Il Sung as Kimilsungism and strengthened the WPK into the party of the leader which firmly established the monolithic ideological system and leadership system.

They called upon all the youth to more firmly arm with the Juche idea and the Songun idea of the WPK and thus firmly prepare themselves to be genuine Kimilsungists-Kimjongilists thinking and acting in conformity with the idea and intention of the party.

Kim Jong Sun, chairwoman of the C.C., the women's union, made a report at the meeting of its members held at the Hall of Women. Then followed speeches.

The reporter and speakers said that Kim Jong Il led the WPK with his outstanding idea and leadership and brought epochal changes in carrying out the revolutionary cause of Juche. His revolutionary feats will be everlasting with the history of the country, they added.

They appealed to the officials and members of the women's union to carry out the behests of the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il to the last under the leadership of the party, holding in high esteem Kim Jong Il as eternal general secretary of the WPK for all ages.
