Present there were Kim Mun Chol, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Korean Federation for the Protection of the Disabled, officials concerned, persons with disabilities and their families, teachers and pupils of the palace, staff members of the European Union Programme Support, embassies and missions for cooperation of European countries here and overseas Koreans staying in the homeland.

A joint performance was given by members of the art groups of the disabled and the art groups of the palace.

Put on the stage were chorus "Pyongyang Is Best", mixed quartet "General's Love" and other numbers.

At the end of the performance the participants enjoyed sports and amusement games.
