New Stamps Issued in DPRK

| Pyongyang, June 18 (KCNA) -- The State Stamp Bureau of the DPRK brought out an individual stamp to mark the 120th anniversary of founding of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and others (a sheet and three individuals) on the theme of FIFA World Cup Brazil 2014. Written on the individual are letters "120 Anniv. of Founding of the International Olympic Committee" in its upper part. It also carries a photo of the founder of the Olympic Games, the Olympic Flag and an Olympic torch relay racer. Seen in the upper part of the stamps on the theme of the FIFA World Cup Brazil 2014 are letters "FIFA World Cup Brazil 2014" in English and Korean. A stamp with a picture of kicking football player was centered in the sheet carrying a football and the World Cup. Other individual stamps pictures footballers dribbling and sliding. |
