Martin Lotscher, chairman of the Switzerland-Korea Committee, praised President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il for firmly preserving the Juche character and national identity and thus surely guaranteeing the independent development of the country and nation and winning a brilliant victory in the revolution and construction.
