A delegation of the Union Solidarity and Development Party of Myanmar, president of the C.C., the Communist Party of Peru "Red Motherland", chairman of the People's Front of Workers, Peasants and Students of Peru, general secretary of the Revolutionary Socialist Party of Peru, president of the Peruvian National Independent Movement for Free Voting's Union, chairman of the Peruvian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, curator of Kim Jong Suk Library of Peru, chairman of the Peru-Korea Friendship Institute for Study of the Juche Based Songun Policy, secretary general of the Peruvian-Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship and other personages laid floral baskets before the portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and the their full-length pictures and paid tribute to them.

The head of the Myanmar party delegation who is a member of the party's Central Committee said:

HE Kim Jong Il was the great leader who developed the WPK into the invincible steel-strong party, turned the DPRK into the political, ideological and military power with his unique Songun politics and made undying contributions to the cause of global independence.

Under the wise leadership of HE Kim Jong Un the WPK and the Korean people are dynamically advancing along the road indicated by Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

We are convinced that the WPK and the Korean people would win only victory in the future, too.
