The work, made public on July 26, Juche 85 (1996), clarifies the idea that the Juche philosophy is an original one which evolved and systemized its inherent principles and a revolutionary and popular one which truly serves the purpose of the struggle for the independence of the popular masses.

It also indicates tasks to study, explain and disseminate the Juche philosophy as intended the Workers' Party of Korea and thoroughly apply it to revolutionary practice.
