Minju Joson Accuses Park Geun Hye of Designating Mun Chang Guk as Candidate for "Prime Minister"

Pyongyang, June 20 (KCNA) -- Shortly ago, Park Geun Hye designated former chief editor of Choongang Ilbo Mun Chang Guk as a candidate for the puppet prime minister. A spokesman for Chongwadae, announcing it, talked nonsense that Mun "has made efforts to clean up deep-rooted evils of society through his cool-headed criticism and reasonable proposal" and "will properly implement administrative tasks such as the reforms of society in public interests and termination of abnormal things on the basis of his prominent insight and propelling power". Commenting on this, Minju Joson Friday terms it a sheer lie. Mun is a reptile media man who has written articles currying favor with the U.S., Japan and puppet rulers for decades, the commentary says, and goes on: Many civic and public organizations and personages of the religious, academic and media circles are demanding Mun give up his candidacy. The designation of Mun as a candidate for the "prime minister" is plunging the whole land of south Korea into a "political upheaval". Park designated Mun as a candidate for the "prime minister", going against the people's mindset because he is a confrontation maniac. Mun talked nonsense that "the north would collapse in line with the providence of God at a time when nobody can predict" and "dialogue and negotiations between the south and the north were unnecessary". Mun was labeled an architect of the "theory about the collapse of the north". However, Park, who has never opened her mouth without saying about "confidence-building process" and "Dresden declaration", designated him as a candidate for the "prime minister". In the long run, it is little short of declaring at home and abroad that Park will not have dialogue and negotiations with the north. If Park tries to escalate "confrontation with social system in the north" by taking such die-hard confrontation maniacs as Mun under her wing, she will be sternly judged by the nation. |
