The managing director of the N. K. Publishing House of Nigeria said this at a book-releasing ceremony held on June 13.

He went on:

Kim Jong Il developed the WPK into a genuine mother party which serves the people.

He made sure that all officials regard it an important principle governing the method of party work to go among the people, lend ears to their voices and settle in time all matters arising in their life.

He also saw to it that when working out a line and policy and implementing them, they fully reflected the people's will and wishes and their interests were not infringed upon under any circumstances.
