The organization condemned the Seoul administrative court for making a decision to outlaw the Teachers' Union on the same day and the Ministry of Education for taking such follow-up steps as pressurizing the full-time officials of the union to return to their former jobs and informing it of the suspension of negotiations.

It warned the authorities that it would launch an all-out action including a protest visit to Chongwadae, a large-scale meeting and activities to enlist solidarity from international bodies.
