Present there on invitation were Lao Ambassador to the DPRK Kiettisak Keobanhdith and staff members of his embassy.

On hand were So Ho Won, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries who doubles as vice-chairman of the DPRK-Laos Friendship Association, members of the association and teachers and students of DPRK-Laos Friendship Taedonggang Chongryu Junior Secondary School.

They talked to each other about boosting the cooperative relations between the two countries before enjoying an art performance given by students.
