The chairman of the Supreme Council of the Socialist Party of Romania in his report said that the WPK could advance along the road of victory and prosperity thanks to the wise leadership of Kim Jong Il although socialism collapsed in some countries in the late last century, and it could also become a beacon of hope for all the progressive political parties in the world.

The feats he performed in the party-building will always be remembered by the world progressives, the chairman noted.

The chairman of the Juche Philosophy Study Committee of India in his speech said that the greatest of the party-building feats of Kim Jong Il was that he strengthened the WPK into an ideologically integral whole and the party which realized the firm unity and cohesion.

Another party-building feat he performed was that he strengthened the WPK into the mother party serving the people, the chairman said, adding: His party-building feats will always shine along with socialist Korea winning victory after victory.
