The All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks of Russia in an article posted on its website on June 15 noted:

Comrade Kim Jong Il started his work at the Central Committee of the WPK on June 19, 1964.

Thanks to his wise leadership, the WPK developed into an ideologically pure entity, an integral organization and the party which achieved the unity of actions.

It is a valuable fruition of his extraordinary insight, principled and resolute political decision and experienced leadership that the organizational and ideological unity and cohesion of the WPK centred on the leader have been further consolidated.

He made sure that the WPK raised a fierce wind of ideological revolution and thus brought up all the service personnel and people of the DPRK to be the ones strong in idea and faith and spirit. This has fully ensured the invincibility of the DPRK.

The Diversity Party of Indonesia in an article it contributed to the newspaper Republika noted the distinguished exploit he performed in building the WPK was that he built it into the genuine mother party serving the people.

His exploits will shine long along with the ever-victorious WPK, the article added.
