Pyongyang, June 25 (KCNA) -- Service personnel of the Korean People's Army held a meeting before the graves of 400 mothers and 102 children in the Sinchon Museum in South Hwanghae Province on Wednesday not to forget the monstrous crimes committed by the U.S. imperialist aggressors, the sworn enemies of the Korean people, and the south Korean puppet group of traitors and force them to pay a thousand-fold price. Present there were officials of the Ministry of the People's Armed Forces, service personnel of the army, navy and air and anti-air force of the KPA and students of revolutionary schools. The participants laid bouquets before the graves and observed a moment's silence. In an agitation poem "Sinchon waits for revenge" the performers said that Sinchon is waiting for a thousand-fold revenge. Ju Sang Won, lecturer at the Sinchon Museum who narrowly survived the massacre in the powder store, and Ri In Hwa residing in neighborhood unit No. 52 of Sinchon County township condemned the enemies for ruthlessly killing innocent people and eagerly asked the service personnel to give vent to the bitter grudge of Sinchon a thousand times. Service personnel renewed their determination to hold more tightly their arms for revenge and wipe out the enemies to the last man and force them to pay a ten thousand-fold price for the blood shed by the people of Sinchon if they come in attack. A resolution "Army of Mt. Paektu declares" was read out at the meeting. At the end of the meeting the participants went round the museum. A live bullet firing was held by service personnel in Sinchon that day. They fully demonstrated their excellent marksmanship they have acquired through the movement for becoming crack shots in the way the anti-Japanese guerrillas conducted training in Mt. Paektu. |
