Displayed on the front walls of the venues of the events were portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

Also on display there were photos showing the exploits Kim Jong Il performed by leading the WPK.

Works of the President, Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un, books and photos showing the true picture of the prospering DPRK were also on show.

The chairman of the Denmark-DPRK Friendship Association noted in his speech that Kim Jong Il made sure that the monolithic idea based on the Juche idea was firmly established within the WPK and it took the Juche idea as the invariable guiding idea.

Thanks to his wise leadership, the unity and cohesion of the WPK led to the single-minded unity of the whole society admired by the world.

The exploits he performed for the times and mankind will be everlasting along with his august name.

The secretary general of the Pakistan Association for Self-Reliance Studies and other speakers lauded Kim Jong Il for developing the WPK into an invincible revolutionary party and thus making a great contribution to the Korean revolution and the cause of global independence.

Congratulatory messages to Kim Jong Un were adopted at the events held in Denmark and Pakistan.
