It is, indeed, ridiculous that the authorities are going to set up a UN "office for human rights in the north" in south Korea although it is the worst tundra of human rights in the world, the statement said.

Terming the establishment of the "office" an insult to justice, the statement noted:

The UN should make an inquiry into the human rights performance in south Korea.

The south Korean puppet forces and their U.S. master are trying to abuse the UN for their smear campaign and psychological warfare against the DPRK out of their sinister design to undermine its socialist system centred on the popular masses.

We demand the south Korean puppet forces stop at once the moves to set up the "office."

We called on the world progressive people to make positive efforts to foil the reactionary anti-DPRK human rights offensive of the imperialists.
